Ellis Bitter is a medium sweet cider which is very light and easy drinking.

    Another new variety for us. Ellis Bitter is a big apple for a cider apple; and it's bold, speckled and deep red. It has a lovely, soft astringency so it's easy and light on the pallet.

    For the moment we only ship within a 20 mile radius as we are currently doing all of our own deliveries, however we are looking into getting a mail courier in the very near future.
